Facilities and Service Details

The Alderney on Hay offer 2 Bedroom apartments in a variety of styles to suit your needs with the Standard apartments for a large room with all the basics and more for a lower price or the stylishly modernized Deluxe apartments for those looking for that extra comfort and the Platinum Apartments for those wanting to pamper themselves.

Each 2-bedroom apartment consists of a Queen bed in the main room, 2 single beds in the second room and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. These configurations can be changed with a one off $25 Configuration fee to either 2 Queen Beds + Double Sofa bed or 4 Single beds and Double Sofa bed. (Minimum 24 hours notice is required and subject to availability)

House Keeping and Rooms Service:

  • Platinum – Daily Mini Service and Weekly Full Service
  • Standard & Deluxe – Serviced Weekly free of charge. Daily Service – Can be arranged – Fee Apply.

Our operation model is unique and is tailored to meet guest expectations by providing good quality accommodation while overhead costs kept to a minimum so the clients are charged a reasonable price while maximising the profitability of the investors.

Card Payments: The cardholder must be the Guest Registering (name on reservation) and must present the card on arrival.

Main entry doors locked at 6.30pm all days except Sundays at 4.30pm for all guest’s security. Once the main entry doors are closed access is gained via the rear entrance door.

If you are arriving outside of these hours please take note of the following: After Hour Key Drop Box is located on the right hand side wall near the front entry door next to the Intercom – Access Code (enter your tax invoice number or booking code and press #) Then the key card along with parking voucher will drop from the key drop. If arriving after hours please advise the reception so a security bond forms can be filled and submitted and lock box access codes can be set up and codes can be passed to you to obtain the apartment keys.

Getting There

From Airport:
Take the Tonkin Highway heading towards city (To your right when exiting airport) and exit left onto The Great Eastern Highway then Shortly after passing the casino take the exit to Shepperton Road and turn right leading you over the Causeway, stick to the right lane and at the intersection turn right leading you towards the WACA then turning left onto Hay street. Follow Hay street and just after Plain Street we are on the left hand side.

From South of River:
From the Kwinana Freeway exit to Mounts Bay Rd and turn right and follow this down as it turns into The Esplanade until you hit the T-Junction with Barrack St turn left onto Barrack St and take the first right at the traffic lights and you will be on St Georges Tce, Follow this road until you hit Bennett St and turn left at the traffic lights then Right at the next Traffic lights on Hay St Follow this down 100 meters and we are located on the right hand side.

Parking

We provide one complimentary car bay for each apartment booked in our undercover secured car park. Additional car bays are subject to availability and chargeable at $15 per night, to have these arranged please contact the reception on the day of arrival to confirm availability.

  • Do not park the car in the car park until check in to avoid potential fines.
  • Please collect your car parking permit from reception or if you checked in after hours this will be with the room cards in the drop box, Remove this and display clearly on the front dash board of the Vehicle.
  • You may park wherever available (except where marked RESERVED or any colored blue or yellow).
  • Entry to the car park is from the causeway end of Hay Street and the exit is from the City end of Hay Street.
  • Car parking is either on the ground floor or up the ramp to the first level. Guests must display the car park voucher in the vehicle to avoid any potential penalties. Vehicles with no voucher displayed can be fined.
