Terms & Conditions

As per the attached schedule StarWest Hotel & Apartments will be referred to as StarWest and is the facility operator.

StarWest is a Western Australian based business and this agreement is governed by the third party – Accommodation establishments laws in force within Western Australia. is owned and operated by Starwest Hotel & Apartments – ABN 85 103 816 637 under its own name and under the two web domain names as set out herein these terms and conditions. By using this facility you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read, understand and check periodically for changes to these terms and conditions. If you do not understand these terms or conditions please e-mail us so that our staff may explain. If you disagree with any of the terms or conditions please do not use this facility.

Placing an Order
By filling out the reservation order form on our web site is an offer by you to purchase a product or service at the price specified. You must ensure that all columns of the reservation form are completed before forwarding.

Number of persons included in the room rate: Hotel, 1 bedroom apartment – 2, 2 bedroom apartment – 4, 3 bedroom apartment 6 and 4 bedroom apartment – 8, Unless otherwise stated.

Maximum Capacity does not mean the included number of persons per room / apartment. It only indicates the maximum allowed in the apartment if extra person rate is paid

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control StarWest reserves the right to reject your order. This may be due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, errors in product or due to StarWest not being happy with a product or service supplied by a third party. Once your order is accepted and payment is processed StarWest will issue you a confirmation of order.

All contents included in this facility without limitation, information, text, materials, graphics, logos is the property of StarWest and must not be used to copy, reproduce, modify or republish to third parties without the authorisation of StarWest.

Cancellation of bookings will incur a cancellation fee. (a limited number of properties do not charge cancellation fees for up to 2 rooms if 72 hours notice is given, please enquire from our reservations staff for further details). A Refund of monies paid will be subject to the charges imposed by the third party, which may be up to 100%.

If over 2 rooms this is regarded as a group, please inquire for your cancellation policy and conditions of the third party.

Arrival & Departure Times
Arrival times for properties is at 14:00. Departure times vary, however it is generally 10:00. Early arrival and late departure times can be requested, however are not guaranteed until the day of arrival. These are at the discretion of the property.

Changes to Bookings
Changes to reservations of under 2 rooms can be made up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. However some bookings will incur an amendment fee (up to $35), once a deposit has been received. No changes for “last minute deals” bookings will be accepted.

Changes to Group Reservations
StarWest will inform you of the policy as per the third party terms and conditions.

Confirmation of Bookings
It is the responsibility of the customer to check carefully that all details of the reservation confirmation are correct and to ensure that all details within are correct.

All prices quoted on this facility are in Australian dollars and can be changed at any time without notice due to changes by third parties. All prices quoted include all charges including local government charges (GST) unless otherwise specified. Should any changes of price occur StarWest will do its best to find similar or better standard accommodation at the same price.

As this facility provides the ability to enter into transaction with third parties we are not responsible for those third parties or the goods or services they offer. If refunds are due to you from a third party supplier the agent will provide you with assistance in claiming such funds from those suppliers.

StarWest does not recommend any third parties, it is up to the customer to select a suitable product / service provider by using the facility. This is set up for suppliers to display their products / services and customers to purchase these at a discount price. The remarks column is for your information and shows value additions or heavily discounted products from its actual value.

StarWest is not responsible for any public liability. All third parties who provide the product or service will generally carry public liability insurance. Any public liability matters are between the third party supplier and the customer. StarWest will do its best to help the customer on any queries regarding such matters.

We recommend that you take insurance cover against loss of items or theft. StarWest is not responsible for any loss or damage to any items or theft in care of a third party. The policy of the third party will come into effect.

Clients Responsibility
Any damage or losses caused to this service or facility due to transmitting viruses or as a result of any action by you will lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Also by using this facility you agree to accept any costs financially for damages and / or losses.

To use this service you must be at least 18 years old and must have sufficient credit on your credit cards and must not violate the law in any way whilst placing an order. Violation of laws will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Not to use any material supplied in this for commercial gains without prior consent by StarWest.


  • A trust fund is kept for client payments – therefore keeping all client monies secure until after their stay.
  • StarWest will not pass any information provided by clients to any other organisation for financial gains.
  • All rights not expressly granted in these terms and conditions are reserved by Starwest Hotel & Apartments.
